Our commitment at Fairhill is to provide the best technology support for families as we engage in virtual learning. We understand that as the 2020-2021 school year and virtual learning continues, you might need technology support. Whether you are having an issue with the laptop functioning correctly, or need support in navigating the online learning environment, there are a variety of resources we can share and provide 1:1 support if needed.

Step 3: Parent Technology Help Desk
FCPS has established a Parent Technology Help Desk that is available between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., seven days a week. Interpreters are available upon request.
The help desk can support you over the phone and refer the issue to Fairhill if equipment needs to be fixed.
