SMARTR Goal 1: By the end of the 2020-2021 school year, students will demonstrate the Portrait of a Graduate trait of Resilient Individual by reflecting on their “Hopes and Dreams.” Students will achieve at least 1 of their goals from BOY, or demonstrate they have reflected on what steps need to be taken to achieve at least 1 of their goals. |
Strategy 1Teachers will introduce Hopes and Dreams to students during the beginning of the school year and will regularly reflect on these goals throughout the school year. |
Strategy 2Teachers will use POG materials to facilitate conversations with students about their progress toward reaching one of their goals. |
SMARTR Goal 2: Family EngagementBy the end of the 20-21 school year, parent engagement will increase by 20%, as measured by parent attendance in monthly Town Hall Meetings/Coffee Talks.

Strategy 2Fairhill staff members will connect regularly with families to support them in understanding how students might engage with their learning, whether virtually or in-person. |
